I learned my lesson I have a new Schnouzer pup and I been feeding him like every 3 hours but that’s just while I’m awake then he dosent eat for like over ten hours while I’m at work so maybe 3 sessions of food regular sized, also my first pup that I owned as an adult and not as a kid w random dogs and I only had those dogs about a month each till they were given away. My dog just went poo so much last night, off the pee pad and on the carpet and I spent a long time cleaning it all w the poo cleaner foam, also I decided to let him on my bed in the morning and went back to sleep I thought no way he’d poop more then I woke up and seen poo on my bed and it was not solid 🤬🤬 so I had to wash my sheets rn

So my six month old bully pit mix only weighs 45 pounds, you can see her ribs. I’m going to start a raw diet when I go back to work in a couple weeks, but my question is right now she does already eat 12 hours apart, but how much food should I be giving her?

puppies twice a day adult dogs only once, i think people feel like they need to feed em more becuase they r using dog food as the food and not a filler accompanied by a raw diet..It takes thee entire day to process the meat i give my dogs

I’ve been feeding my 14 week old toy poodle puppy 3 times a day because he is so boney. The vet told me to feed him kibble which i didn’t because he eats real food ( not raw). He’s really active. I’m noticing he’s filling out finally, should I eliminate the afternoon feeding now. He’s probably 4 lbs now.
