Terrifying California Gas Explosion Caught on Doorbell Cam

A doorbell camera captured a massive explosion in Hayward, California, injuring at least six people and reducing three properties to rubble. According to media reports citing Pacific Gas and Electric Company, the blast was triggered by a damaged underground gas line. Officials said two of the destroyed structures were homes, while the third appeared to be a workshop. All six injured individuals were transported to nearby hospitals.

  1. With all that is happening today in the usa, i wonder how true is this an accident or intentional. The size of that explosion looks intentional. People who use gas catch potential issues quickly. This looks like it had to either have hours accumulating with all windows and doors closed or a purpose damage to fill enough amounts of gas in a short time to blow that big. Does the house belong to a Democrat or someone who disagrees with Trump?

  2. Ah, Pacific Gas an Electric strikes yet again! If it was my State and I was Governor, that company would be dead and gone long ago. Replace it with an entirely new company and infrastructure with all those insane taxes they have going to waste.

  3. When natural gas is compressed with oxygen in enclosed spaces, friction occurs, and an explosion can happen even without a spark. Wherever natural gas is present, there must be vents to allow the gas to escape.
