7. Why is she insecure?
   She is an award winning lawyer, even if he is the heir to a company (which really isn't as impressive as being an award winning lawyer) why would she tell him she doesn't deserve him?
   She's better than him x10000, he's the one who doesn't deserve her he's a college student who hasn't even gotten a job but has a prospective career which would work if his family doesn't go bankrupt.

   Writers should really start making these older women proud of their career, them making them insecure seems like they are fulfilling a fantasy they have, besides I have never met a successful insecure older woman (they simply don't exist especially when they aren't male centered).
