When the females ween their pups, the males try and be in position to mate as many times as possible before the moms disappear back into the ocean. The Beachmaster has the best proximity to mate, but our sneaker male has his own strategy this year: lay in wait on the boat ramp and wait for the females to come down to get in the water, then they HAVE to mate with him.
While as the time I was so impressed with Worf (the larger seal, and current Beachmaster) and his dominant positioning in the battle, it actually looks like Jafar gave him a good run for his money in the fight, almost blinding his left eye in the fight. It’s been easy to identify Jafar since this fight: he’s the seal with his nose mostly ripped off.
