Its funny when Ton said jumping off the last step, i remember as kids we had competitions to sed who could jump from the highest step and clear all the others, a few of us were able yo jump from the top step and clear all of them. To the life of me as an adult i don't know how we did it without someone breaking something. We also had a water bed mattress that had a sloe leak, my mom filled it with air trying to figure out if it did have a hole, so we would put someone on one end and then we would jump from the bar and launch them through yhr basement onto the concrete floor again no serious injuries somehow.
