10. “Nothing Wendi says can be used against her” UNLESS SHE WAS LYING during her testimony. That particular point always goes unmentioned and forgotten by people who are talking about her immunity deal. Immunity is not intended to be an unrestricted license to deceive the court.

12. I do'nt think there is not enough of evidence against her,! I think she was v clever in how she handled the lead up to tthe murder,! i think all 4 of them were involved,!! Did'nt like georgia as a prosecutor, far too much drama and rude when there is no need for it,!! I would rather have judges rather than a jury,! 29. Those family lawyers for Wendi lost their careers 😂 Nobody is going to hire them after that and I do think Wendi and her lawyer committed fraud and I think it’s easily provable.

30. As for these people saying 5-6-7 out of 10 the case against Wendi it’s 9 or 10 out of 10. The prosecution are not showing all of the evidence against Wendi and clearly haven’t watched every interview with even friends, all the trials, etc. My only concern is Wendi has changed her phone number multiple times and her and Harvey are using Signal which the messages disappear on. Probably both have burner phones by now. Hope they find them when they arrest Wendi. As for Harvey while I think he knew from the beginning as Donna said she didn’t tell Harvey about the bump guy at first because he’d fly off the handle. Not nervous of what he’d think or that he’d go to the cops but that he’d fly off the handle because what they did was coming back to haunt them and for all his tax evading money he was tight with his money. They could get him regardless with accomplice after the fact. Also don’t think Donna would be saying to Harvey let’s take sleeping tablets to unalive ourselves and go to sleep. Why would Harvey be included in that if he did nothing wrong. I also think Dan Rasbaum should be arrested and disbarred. Warrant may not have been issued yet but he told Donna it “what they were thinking up there and she could go to the airport but may not make it out on time”. I hope they kept that phone call because technically he wasn’t her lawyer but they probably automatically stop listening and dumped it. Either way I think it’s disgusting Dan Rasbaum hasn’t been arrested and/or disbarred. It’s like he gets a pass because he’s a lawyer.

She lied on the stand and that’s why Georgia asked did she have Dan killed, did she know he was going to be killed, did she conspire to kill him etc. I don’t think she will testify at her own trial. She’d crumble under real pressure. I do think Donna would flip on Donna as she only cares about the boys and Harvey and maybe Charlie. I think after Wendi didn’t look at her in court she turned against Wendi and gave the go ahead for Jackie to go after her. Said this at the end of Donna’s trial before verdict. They will arrest Wendi within 2-4 weeks of Donna’s verdict. Not straight away like some thought 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Looking forward to her day of judgement.

    In regards to the photo, this is the first time it’s come out that Charlie wasn’t at the beach. Also, Yindra said in an interview that she left early. That means Katie and Wendi were at the beach alone at one point. Now why would they hang out together, alone, after meeting one time? 🤔 Katie still isn’t being truthful.

45. Why did Wendi drive past her ex-husband’s house the day he was murdered? She’s guilty up to her neck!! And her dad had to know as his wife had to confide in him and get his opinion on what was going on!
