7. Car at 1:30 is an idiot. I can’t stand when people try to skip ahead to the other lane and speed past you when they don’t know if you are planning on turning or not. Other car was fully in the right. Wen’t into the correct lane, then used their turn signal to move over again. Couldn’t see the cammer bc they sped up into their blind spot and never braked

9. 4:09, the BMW wasn’t doing anything wrong in the beginning. The driver is impatiently honking when the light just turned green. But BMW’s break check was unnecessary. UNPOPULAR FACT: Drivers are allowed to go around slow vehicles. UNPOPULAR OPINION: Keep your feelings off the road.

15. #8 – If you approached the intersection cautiously, instead of accelerating and changing lanes to the right, right before the intersection where you can clearly see that you are in no way visible to possible opposing traffic turning left (you can't see them either), the "accident" would have been easily avoided by you being much more easily seen. Instead you made a last minute lane change and accelerated to what any smart driver would have known was a situation to do anything but, and hit another vehicle. Not your fault, but your actions definitely contributed to it happening, and look there's a nice clip that you uploaded proving it.

16. 1:29 – I've seen thousands of dash cam clips where not maintaining your lane while taking a turn is just pure evil for a dash cam owner, yet the car ahead of this twat-waffle actually maintains his lane during the turn and immediately signals to change lanes, and this turd of a dash cam owner decides to just fly around him mid corner all aggressive and shit, and expects no one to call bullshit?

28. #4 Near as I can see, the cammer was behind, not beside the other car. One lane into two.
    The cammer did not turn into the most right-hand lane and then change lanes. But, turned into the most left lane.
    Where I live, the cammer would have been at fault. I was especially warned about this when I was driving in Canada too.

29. 7:35 if your brakes fail you can still use the emergency brake. In most vehicles the brake pedal is a hydraulic system and equipped with ABS, again, in most cases. The emergency brake is generally operated by a cable, ran to the rear wheels only. Most vehicles have a 70% braking bias on the front axle as that's where they're most effective.

    My sister got into an accident near my house once. Someone pulled out infront of her and she panicked and engaged the parking brake, which resulted in the abs cutting pressure to the calipers so the car slid to a stop via the rear wheels only. The cops showed up, saw the long skid marks and pulled out thier measuring wheel. I pointed out that the vehicle was abs equipped and measuring those skid marks shouldn't be there. I asked my sister how she stopped, "I put both brake pedals to the floor". I then turned back to the cop and told him he wouldn't be able to accurately determine her speed since she inadvertently disable 70% of the vehicles stopping power. The cop put away his measuring wheel and ticketed the other driver for failure to yield.
