A Haunting In Arkansas: The True Story of The Shea Family

Spread The Viralist

In October 2003, Ben and Jaimie Shea find a beautiful 18-century home in Lamar, Arkansas, which is hour outside Little Rock. Its one unattractive feature: pentagrams scrawled all over one of the rooms. Soon after moving in, the family of five, which includes an 11-year-old daughter, a five-year-old son and an eight-month-old baby, begin to experience strange phenomena. Ben, a male nurse who works graveyard shifts, is awoken by a baby crying on the baby monitor, even though the sitter has taken the baby and gone shopping. The five year old hears people talking in his room. The girl sees electronic toys turn on by themselves. Jaime hears footsteps on the stairs, even after everyone else is asleep. Jaime soon learns from a Walmart greeter who once lived in the house that it is haunted by the ghost of a young boy. He’s harmless, she says. Unfortunately, since the greeter lived there, something else has arrived. It’s a demon. A husband-wife-daughter team of paranormal investigators try to drive it out with a ritual cleansing. But it isn’t willing to go. You may have seen Jaime and this story featured on the tv series A Haunting, which was season 4 episode 7 “Where Evil Lurks”. This upcoming documentary is a full deep dive into the real, true story of what actually happened… catch the full documentary that I have been working very hard on the past 3 months.

  1. At least ONE paranormal encounter/experience at some point in time had to be something other than a hoax, mass hysteria, hallucinations, misunderstanding. If ONE of them was a legitimate experience, then that ends the debate. The argument isn't about what percentage is legit, but whether they (spirits, ghosts, etc) exist AT ALL to ANY DEGREE.

  2. For those who take these events seriously, plz NEVER use a 0u|j@ b0@rd. Never. I’m passionate about this themes, and have never known about any case of using that, ending in good results. On the contrary! Ask for Holy Masses to be held for those souls. There are rituals in the Catholic Church to release those souls from the terrenal stage. I’d place flowers onto their graves, and embellish them. Although in cases like these, paranormal activity doesn’t stop, just listening to their message "You need to help", makes me feel, we have not reached maturity in dealing with paranormal or spiritual reality. I don’t understand why, since we all, sometime will pass on. It’s sad.😢

  3. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ and yes it was demonic forces that cause you to wreck Jesus Christ saved her life not the mud 🩵🩷🩵🩷🫶🏽

  4. I love this channel so much!! It's incredible that you can give the voice back to those who went through something like this just for a tv show to fabricate their story for views. Thank you for being so genuine. ❤

  5. There are NO “ ghosts “, except for the Holy Ghost. The dead are either in Heaven or Hell for Eternity. However, per Scriptures, there ARE demonic spirits and YES they do walk among us, and infest some homes.

  6. It makes me so angry how they don’t go out of their way to protect their children. They just casually tell the story, even letting out a few giggles while explaining. I would be devastated knowing I allowed my 5 year old child to possibly get possessed by an entity he had already expressed he was terrified of.

  7. If the boy was actually pushed who would know? A lady told me about her daughter moving into an old farm house with her family & it was haunted & said "something pushed her down the stairs" they had to move again!

  8. Very surprised that someone with knowledge to be a medium would use an Ouija board. I have a friend that is psychic and she will not use one.
She said they’re dangerous you don’t know what’s coming through, and often things can disguise themselves as something else . They’re not to be played with or be present in anyone’s home.

  9. If you still dont believe in ghosts then youre very sheltered,go ahead and spend the night in an old insane asylum and that should do the trick.
