Report:

On July 5, 2025, at approximately 00:45 hours, I was notified that Garland County Sheriff’s Deputies were in pursuit of a blue
BMW SUV bearing Arkansas license plate BAC68H, and was requesting ASP assistance. I joined the pursuit near the 3100
block of Highway 128, where the suspect vehicle was traveling southbound at a high rate of speed.

The pursuit continued south on Highway 128 and crossed over U.S. Highway 70 into the township of Lonsdale. Upon entering
Lonsdale, I assumed the primary position in the pursuit. The suspect began driving aggressively and continued westbound onto
Spring Street. While traveling on Spring Street, the suspect maintained a very high rate of speed and operated the vehicle in an
erratic manner.

Throughout the pursuit, the suspect applied the brakes abruptly and swerved across the roadway each time I attempted to
position my unit for a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI). I was eventually able to position my unit on the driver’s side of the
suspect vehicle for a TVI; however, the suspect applied the brakes heavily, forcing me to abort the maneuver and pass the
vehicle on the driver’s side.

The suspect then accelerated and attempted to pass my unit. As the suspect vehicle came alongside, I made a second attempt
to initiate a TVI, which was unsuccessful. The pursuit continued for approximately one mile before I was able to position my unit
on the passenger side of the suspect vehicle for another TVI attempt.

As I moved into position, the suspect again applied the brakes aggressively, causing my unit to make premature contact with
the rear of the suspect vehicle. The vehicle began to lose control. Observing the suspect vehicle turning to the right, I
proceeded with the TVI maneuver.

The suspect vehicle entered the ditch line, completed one full rollover, and came to rest in the ditch. Due to the narrow roadway
and lack of space to recover after the TVI, my unit also entered the ditch and rolled onto its passenger side, coming to rest
facing the suspect vehicle.

Garland County Sheriff’s Deputies took the suspect into custody, who was identified as Shawn OBryant.

Deputies then transported him to the Garland County Detention Center for further processing and booking.
