  1. I learned this in wrestling class when i was 10 years old and later I instinctively used it to stop much bigger bullies a couple of times. They never saw it coming and backed off after I let them up and walked away. No one got hurt

  2. As a guy that loved throwing, I loved the aggro guys that would just move forward and push. Sent a few guys flying in street fights that way….

  3. brother i fucking love u. a guy challenged me to a fight cuz he thought he was stronger. I have 0 fighting experience, but watched this one video before the fight. I absolutely destroyed the guy and he didnt see the double leg takedown coming. This motivated me to start mma.

  4. If you try this when the attacker has a knife, they’ll just stab you in the back. Also please please please don’t go to the ground in a self defense situation. It’s always a bad idea.

  5. Single leg and arm drag are your best friend, minimal effort for someone of the same size, works on much bigger opponents, and puts you at minimal risk.

  6. I like a high bodylock to prevent possible weapon draws or any form of thing that gets you to a rear body lock like a duck under or throw-by for the exact same reason

  7. Haha had a guy drive the shoulder right into my package instead of my thigh drilling snatch singles. We’re both white belts he didn’t mean too but damn that shit hurt honestly blessed I got no testical torsion 😂

  8. Thanks for the advice now I can fight a kid in my school who tries to act tuff and he grabbed my neck so I slammed him but I didn’t want to hurt him because I do martial arts 🥋
