  1. Nah the difference is the training, we as fighters break ourselves and rebuild yes but they break themselves a whole different way and a whole different level, we push the limits and they completely break them

  2. MMA spend their whole lives on literally just martial arts and fighting and optimal fighting etc. military spends most of their time doing actual military training

  3. The MMA guy will always come out on top. And I say this as a veteran. Even if the SAS guy did all of his combatives training, they rarely stay in fighting shape as far as combatives are concerned. They don’t train combatives every single day like an MMA fighter would. They might get a lucky matchup here and there but most wouldn’t be able to hang with someone who’s in fighting shape. An SAS or any special forces operative who’s active duty would win against a retired MMA fighter though.

  4. When I was in highschool wrestling I was at a party and this guy who said he was in the marines was talking shit about how he’s trained to kill and how he’s a combat expert. My friend who was with me told him he couldn’t choke me out. I am like 5’8, 160 lbs with glasses. Dude was like 6 foot 185ish. I took him down so fast and choked him out with the worst form rear naked ever. I wanna say I was 17 and he was like 23 or 24. But if you don’t have years worth of training in a combat sport, then someone who does is gonna make it look easy

  5. Put an SAS soldier in a fight against UFC fighters UFC fighters come out on top but the SAS soldier will keep going

Put UFC fighters through SAS training the UFC fighters wouldnt last an hour

Id like to see a UFC fighter come try do a casualty excerise with a gas mask on 😂

  6. Yeah IDK the MMA guy might also train with a knife, but I doubt he will be above knife skill with a guy who stabbed people actually. I say this as an MMA guy considering himself proficient with two knifes..Or chetes…Or swords…

  7. nobody is "trained to kill" because you can't practice killing somebody with your bare hands. Ohh wait yes you can its MMA. If you can't practice it you cant do it under stress

  8. Negative. You're not going to nut shot dudes if you've been trained for over 10 years never to nut shot. You're going to follow whatever system you've done all the way up until now. It's the argument boxing vs MMA
