I heard a doctor said that going for an xyz mph to 0 instantly is more damaging than a guy thats rolling over from a fall. The fall is spread through different parts of the body while the crash is focused on a specific part. Therefore the 1st guy suffered the most damage even tho it looked soft compared to others
