  1. The Philippines it seem like fearless like a Lion, crown feather on his head. Very beautiful. It feeds with mammals, Monitor Lizard, flying lemur, wild boar and monkeys.

  2. What beautiful magnificent birds….very sad re: Philippine eagle….we must protect these apex creatures…..Here in Australia our largest bird of prey in the beautiful Wedge tailed eagle….I was driving home on the freeway onetime & I saw one just making its way home, close to sundown when it was attacked by crows….as it got too close to their nests in the trees…….I had to pull over on the hard shoulder to watch the eagle just carry on as if nothing had happened…but the crows were trying to make sure she kept flying away from their nests….fascinated by this……

  4. I'm not sure this is a completely factual report !! There are a number of discrepancies not properly dealt with !! ie Strongest & Largest are two very differing metrics !!

  5. Harpy Eagle for number 1! C'mon talons similar to a Grizzly Bears claws. The only reason it's smaller is because it needs to fly between the trees.

  6. I used to live in the Olympic rainforest not far from home was probably a 200 ft Douglas fir with on eagle's nest on top. A lightning storm took the top half of the tree down according to neighbors I wasn't home there was about 25 30 dog and cat collars in the nest poor cats never seen them coming

  7. I like the spread eagle the best. Their diet of sausages, weiners and an occasional carrot is unique. They are not monogamous and will have hundreds of partners, sometimes 2 or 3 at a time. Their nests are usually unkempt and share a common wall with a trailer home, or a motel 6. The hatchling often have gold egg teeth which they pawn as soon as they can walk.
