17. TV ghost hunters investigate at night to lessen outside noise interference and in the dark SO THEIR SHOWS WILL BE SCARIER. If you are investigating in your own house TURN THE LIGHTS ON. If there is an animal or a person causing the noises you think you hear, they will be flushed out by the lights. And if it is a ghost, you will see it or not.

44. We had a similar case of the AirBNB with footsteps, turns out it was a mouse with a defective feet and the bone on it was hitting the wooden floor making the noises.
