44. The sad thing is, a 14 year old boy died at his hands and he'll only be in prison for 10 years, out in 5 years for good behaviour. Our system in the UK is shocking and quite frankly a joke. Giving harsher punishments is a way of preventing this kind of thing from happening again! But no, we've become too soft.
