8. Thing is, Sheriff have more legal power here, compared to the Police. I guess here in Texas, they KNOW that, and make sure they all know where things stand, compared to elsewhere. Sheriff is a legally appointed community Law Enforcer, while Police are Hired Policy Enforcers.
   Now… having a fight of police versus Sheriff… Sheriff wins EVERY time, whether the Police like it or not… Even if it is petty shit…
   As for good cops actually catching bad cops, GOOD.

23. The white cob was disrespecting his superiors because the they were black. He was being insubordinate.
    There's no other reason why he didn't take the test. It still shows within the ranks of blue. Black cops are disrespected by their equals. So how can a civilian take either one seriously? To me, they're all dangerous because they're no honor among thieves. In this case cops, you have to have respect among your fellow officers in order to convey that to the general public.

    -transcribe future police cam footage, the 2nd vid might as well of been muted, literally heard 20% of the convo as did the generated youtube CCs
    -when mentioning an news article of a certain story, read an excerpt from the article to solidify the source
