Storm Kathleen has brought disruption to the UK and Ireland, with tens of thousands of people left without power, dozens of flights cancelled and a major tourist attraction forced to close.
Wind gusts of over 70mph (112km/h) swept many parts. Storm Kathleen broke new records in Cornwall yesterday, when Porthleven experienced the power of the sea yet again.
Dramatic footage shows Storm Kathleen battering a Cornish town yesterday and an unwisely parked car being swamped by waves threatening to carry it into the harbour.

I think you forgot what a tsunami looks like. There are far worse storms around the world every year. Over here in Durban roads and homes disappear fairly often in far worse storms. Blessings to be affected.

What a load of twoddle. Quite normal for a Cornish storm, nothing new. But to add insult all the footage was not for this storm just clips cobbled together mostly from videos of old storms. Try harder, get your facts right and don't exaggerate if you want to make a good factual video.
I live in Cornwall and was born within feet of the sea and spring tides and high wind are definitely not ANYTHING to worry about.🤗.
