I am new to reptiles, and I watch Kenan, Jerry Wolfe, Tyler and Chandler, but I’ve never seen an an ackie in any of their collections. About how much do they cost and where would one even go to purchase one? I live in Houston so it would have to be someplace close-ish.

Ackies are awesome! So underappreciated. I'd rather have ackies monitors than the ever popular bearded dragon any day. Nothing wrong with beardies, but its hard to beat an ackies monitor when it comes to mid sized lizards.
