About the possible cell phone vibrating, remember he was showing that in 30 second intervals. I don't know about everyone else, but my phone doesn't ring for that long of a time. It's a good theory, but i dont think thays the case here.
On the topic of Ghost Trains where I was stationed during the Cold War over in Germany we had a combat ready base that was isolated and secured with guard towers barbed wire and high fences but the site was a transfer station for people being sent to the Nazi concentration camps and there was a railway outside the perimeter of the camp where some people had died in transition. Pulling guard duty especially at night got really creepy for the tower guards. So I believe in the paranormal

Not knowingly chasing that deer (#1) there were barriers on the side of the road. I thought the person was slowly herding the deer to a gap where it could escape while keeping other traffic back so it wouldn't get hit. Also, if you look at the ground, there is something there after the deer jumped. Another possibility is it fell in a ditch between the road and the barrier and we see part of the deer peeking up???

5:17 I suspect this video to be bollocks, because from the door opening, she films everything at chest height, up until when the beeping noise starts, and she aims the camera to the floor, which just happens to be the exact place that she catches the smoke alarm hitting the floor a few seconds later. When she pointed the camera down it seemed deliberate and rehearsed, and I am suspicious of videos where they seemed to be framed up exactly to catch whatever ghostly event occurs exactly at that moment and is perfectly framed within that video.

I am not convinced on almost all these videos especially the Ouija board one. I think a friend was just hiding in the closet. The one that kind of boggles me is the one with the horses. I am still trying to figure that one out. The video with the real estate woman's wasn't impressive at all. Fake for sure! Pretty much all were fake except for the horse one. Anyways they were all interesting.
