SoooooOooOo what i got from it is people need to chill and not expect to be presented every company details as if its something normal to do. Is it just me that thinks using X as a business bulletin board is weird? Like use it for confirmed announcements and brand hype only. Talking about business there just seems strange. If somebody was fired tell them and then let them leak that information on their own terms. SOO many things lately could be handled like this and would remain a relatively small issue instead of blowing up into a manhunt from the Xmob.
Replacing voice actors is very common and they can be replaced for many different reasons. But how you do it is really important. Let them know, be respectful, and still keep good connections. Don't do any stuff behind their back and not tell them.

Either fans hate the change, or the actor screwed up and was forced to change. I know my grandpa hated when they would have like 50 different Batman in the span of a decade, he didn't see a point in getting into Amazing Spider Man when we just had Toby Maguire's and yeah I kind of agree to some extent. Even video game voice actors, you know how much backlash Daniel Craig has gotten as Sonic? It isn't that he's bad, he's just not as the ones that came before him. Then Charles Martinet stepping down as Mario, Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi. It's largely due to people just hating change, nostalgia too, but it can be annoying if done too frequently. That is the risk and price of being an actor of any kind, physical or voice. How do you live up to those expectations? Why Brendan Fraser stepped aside from being Superman, he felt he would not be able to live up to that beacon.
Same with yeah voice acting, I know newer renditions of young Goku are mid, I like the og voice actor for dubbed kid Goku. Meanwhile you got Fire Emblem 3 Houses and Smash Ultimate in need of replacing male Byleth's voice because the actor did something stupid. It's a bit of both, people hate change, but at same time change is welcomed when a voice actor does something stupid and it is just as easily to do something stupid as simply being the one people aren't used to. Being an actor of any kind, nothing but trials and tribulations, especially the more famous you are.

Okay, it sounds to me like a bunch of people got recast in the show, like mass extinction event levels of recasting. So this controversy like every single one brought up about these indie animation studios is a nothing burger, where people are just bitching on the Internet for the sake of clout. I've had indie contracts fall through, big deal. I was set to VA on a Pokemon adventures anime the creators supposedly had the green light from Nintendo, Pokemon company and GameFreak on it, turns out they never did and they were subsequently shut down by Nintendo, GameFreak, and the Pokemon company for theft of intellectual property and everyone got fired, because the studio went tits up turns out nobody wanted to sponsor a studio guilty of IP theft who knew.
