River is so beautiful. He reminds me of an ancient Egyptian sculpture of a dog in the art museum in the city where I live. River has very Egyptian ears!

If he doesn't trust people, let him play with the other dogs. Why is she pulling him back from the other dogs? Just annoying. They want the dog to socialize with humans first before dogs. Just to show dominance and have control over the dog.

River knows his name
It's understandable River is so handsome
Little by little, River's 'crazy' eyes are loosen up. Most humans are monsters and he was most probably severely abused by one of them.
The lady is so good to River, his surroundings are less of a threat, slowly letting go… With her he starts to see possibilities.
The way he is straining on the leash to go put and run is amazing to see! I can't wait for him to run wild with the other dogs and feel free ❤

As, well maybe he is afraid of aroma os some specific dogs in that area. Charlie is best babysitter
