1. Maybe I'm cruel, but a human who takes the life of another human, deserves no sympathy or rights. The only exception is if the death is caused by a life or death fight.

   This isn't the situation. The woman Kenneth Smith murdered was killed by a fireplace instrument, stabbed to death. Now, granted, Smith was hired to kill her, but how can he expect mercy when he brutally murdered another person? And why are there some sickos out there trying to paint a sympathetic picture of him?
