  1. The "victim" stares at the guy in orange starting when the guy enters the camera's view. The guy at the bar then stares at the guy in orange again for longer periods of time. The guy in orange notices and only takes it for about 10 seconds before he walks over and goes to work.

  2. Bullshit he got locked up. Decision making was good enough to protect himself in an obviously dangerous situation where he was at risk of injury or death under the influence or not.

  3. Believe in Jesus Christ and you will have Everlasting Life, to believe in someone, you are convinced that they are true. If you Believe in Jesus Christ, you will be Saved by Grace Alone through Faith Alone in Jesus Christ Alone, John 3:16, KJV. Once you are Saved, you are always Saved, John 6:37, KJV……

  4. Here's the deal for people who think the man didn't have the right to shoot. I'll break it down real quick.

A man assaulted him, battered him, and pursued him as he was trying to flee. The man threw him to the ground.
At any point during a fist fight someone can wrestle with you, bear hug you, pull a KNIFE from his clothing and end your life in a flash.
The guy who pulled out the gun was in imminent fear for his life, knowing full well that the other man could have a knife or gun on him.

(None of us know what was being said, but if at any time the orange hoodie guy said he'd kill the guy, or "you're gonna die" or anything to that effect, that's even more reason)

  6. Ik a lot of people are going to disagree with this comment and say there is no substitute. But I shoot relatively often by that I mean a couple range days a month where I shoot 200-300 rounds. But I also play a game called pubg. I do a lot of dove hunting so I’m used to target acquisition on small fast moving targets. And that game is the closest thing you can get to an actual battle simulator when it come to assessing threats maneuvering and actively engaging from cover and it is the only game I’ve ever play that triggers that adrenaline and norepinephrine dump when you are getting engage by multiple enemies and I like to use that as mental training to to better help me compose my self and fight effectively while getting as close to a real life fight or flight experience. If you have to played the game you know what I’m talking about. I like to train my marksman ship with real guns but train my reactions and ability to not get tunnel vision on pubg.

  7. Why it’s important to know gun laws before carrying not supposed to have a gun on you while drinking or at a bar not saying you can’t or don’t do it just know when you get caught or end up using you might do some time.

  8. It's fair that he served a little time for drinking while carrying (or even being in the bar without drinking). It's also fair that all charges were dropped.
