  1. omg what a good dog, i hate to tell people i paid over 3 thousand dollars for my maltese dog her in ontario. Chloe seems so so good for these girls, the perfect fit. Cuddles with them and sleeps in their bed. Had me in tears. Good luck Chloe and the girls!

  2. My husband never had a dog until his 20s because of severe reactions to dogs. The dog his family ended up getting was a Yorkshire Terrier. At first he had a slight allergic reaction to them (hives, a bit of sneezing), but NOTHING compared to a dog with a different coat. Eventually his allergies to the dogs straight up disappeared. When we moved out and got our own place, we ended up getting dogs of our own. A Biewer Terrier (Yorkshire Terrier descendent) and a Havanese. I 100% believe that the Yorkies helped his allergies enough that he could handle the Havanese.

One day we went into a furniture store when we had our Biewer puppy. A sales clerk came up to us. She and her son REALLY wanted a dog but his allergies were HORRIBLE. It sounded like they were equal to worse than my husband's allergies. We told her the story of my husband, how he would have asthma attacks with most dogs, even some that were considered 'hypoallergenic'. We told her about the Biewer and Yorkie breed and how they barely have any dander.

Turns out, she went and found the breed, bought a puppy and her son has ZERO problems with the dog. Felt so good helping someone find their young son a puppy. (FYI – there are literally no options for hypoallergenic dogs where I come from. We tried looking for Yorkies rescues and we would have had to leave the country in order to find one).

  3. I’m allergic to cats + dogs so it’s harder for me to love animals when I’m allergic to them. I know it would be really nice to adopt a dog in the shelter but I wanted a poodle really bad. We couldn’t find any though, so we got her from a breeder

  4. So, I have exema and it gets my skin every time I touch a dog but.. we’re gonna see if my moms friends cockapoo reacts to my skin and if it dosnt I’m getting a cockatoo wish me look❤❤❤

  5. I love that you really considered your daughters health. I’ve seen allergic kids in a house full cats with so many complications. It’s so disturbing. I have many allergies including dogs, but manage it with Flonase, occasional Allegra and a small dog with short hair.

  6. I’m probably going to sound so dumb but I didn’t realise there are certain dogs that are hypoallergenic. I knew for cats (my cousins have a cat called Jack who’s hypoallergenic because of their allergies) but I didn’t know about dogs. I’m allergic to dogs myself, unfortunately, so knowing this is great. ☺️

  7. It must be hard on kids who are like Violet who love animals but they are allergic to that certain animal. I can tell that Violet wanted a puppy she seems like a very good dog owner but she is allergic to some dogs breeds. I am glad that are some dog breeds that she's not allergic to having an animal like a kid can them bring a lot of responsibility. If they know how to take care of animals and again it seems like she will be a responsible pet owner just the way she loves dogs.

  8. I have exama and so I’m allergic to fur but it’s going down a bit and normally now it’s just my hay fever and but the allergic reaction to dogs for me will stay forever it’s so bad I have to go to the hospital every time I touch a dog but I’m getting a mouse and I’m so happy that I’m not allergic to them and I also ride horses and it’s weird because they are dusty and fluffy and it dosnt get me!❤

  9. She could have a bad allergic reaction but that's pretty rare when it comes to dogs. I'm allergic to cats and I've only had one real bad reaction. The more contact she has with dogs will build a stronger immunity.
