I lived in a house with my X years ago and the lounge room was a sunken lounge there was a rail near the way in which was just outside the master bedroom when you would watch tv you would see in the corner of your eye a man leaning over the rail when you look he would move back, when having a shower you would see a guy walk past. One night I could not get to sleep went to roll over facing the wall and full frontal view of it standing by my side of the bed in true horror form I couldn't scream but was grabbing for the sheet (like why would you think a sheet would protect you 😂) didn't take my eyes off him and he vanished. But it always sat on my side of bed I could feel it either at my feet or next to me. When the owners sold the house I gave it a choice I said come with me or stay and haunt this place scare the people who move in.

   Years pasted and the home I had moved into after this I had moved again but didn't think of my guest as didn't see nor feel it when I moved but my niece who lived in original house before me heard the new owner saying I think my house is haunted I thought my husband was home early from night shift as I felt him lay on the bed but no one was there and I keep seeing a man he wasn't there when we bought the house I am getting a priest to come bless it my niece told me. Then she said did you ask it to come with you again I said no I never thought about it after I moved from the second place. She said well he went home coz he would be who she is talking about. He never hurt me but I did have a dream where he spoke to me and I could see him what he looked like and his name and that he died in a accident I won't forget that dream. But that was my experience with one shadow man.

9. IVE HAD A SHODOW MAN/PERSON EXPERIENCE but no one believes me!!

   I was at my my house and I was staying with my friends in my backyard in for my birthday (Oct 13th),
   {keep in mind at the back of my house we have like a graveyard basically where we buried like our pets, dogs, chickens, ect}

   Anyway It was around 11:00pm, I was on my way back from my house to the campervan in which we were staying in, and just above our pet graveyard there is a fence. And on that fence I saw a man just casually walking along the top of the fence, and I DID NOT SEE IT OUT THE CORNER OF MY EYE, I SAW IT WITH MY NORMAL FIELD OF VISION!

   I was only like 50 meters away and I could see it really clearly, it had no facial features as such it was simply just a black shadow of a person, and it disappeared into the night sky once it reached the end of the fence.
   I watched it from the edge of the deck but the funny thing is I didn’t feel afraid or scared at the time,
   I felt something that I had never felt before, it was an odd feeling almost like I wasn’t even there I was just… watching.
   It had later effect of me tho, I couldn’t sleep for nights after that experience*

   Anyway…Thankyou for reading! 😀

   Hopefully someone has some answers, I have been contemplating this my whole life 😭😭

Y’all my house is built from bricks from a old hotel that burnt down and now every night there is a shadow man that watches me sleep through my window and under the door, there is also a kid named Alex from like the 1800s that I used to be besties with, he would drop marbles on my sisters head when I was mad at her

21. If you wanted to know! I've done a bunch of research on Shadow figures and apparitions. Here's the difference:

    Shadow figures = they are black and usually not really see through

    Apparitions = more humanoid and see through but with a more detailed figure such as clothing, facial features, etc.

    The apartment I lived in was at the end of hall and I saw it go from one apartment to the other across the hall.
    Didn't scare me.

37. I’m pretty sure I’m getting stalked I caught one behind me yesterday I screamed and one ran across my TV and mirror before, I caught someone saying my name in my mums voice telling me to come downstairs and they wasn’t even home yet either 😂

38. There is a tall, thin shadow man that has been around since I was born and hasn’t left even when we cleansed all our houses. My mums a physic and thinks that he’s not evil like a normal shadow man is, but he always shows up in my peripheral vision and makes me feel like he’s stuck to my back and is gonna grab each side of my face and drag me across the hallway. It’s so scary tbh cause whenever I see him he’s on the stairs, in my doorway and only shows himself to me and I actually hate it, anyone have any advice?
