Pretty sure the "corvette" @27.00 is making an illegal left turn also. Both are in the wrong.
Crossing these double solids is equivalent to driving over a median. There's no cut for turn lane amd no openings in solid lines…means don't cross them.

19:00 The black SUV was at fault, they were changing lanes, they then go on to show how many brain cells they have.

30:05 You obviously don't know your right from your left! The blue car indicated and turned RIGHT, the silver car overtakes illegally (we drive on the left in the UK) and caused the crash. Not the blue cars fault.
