It's not Global warming, There is no global warming. It's governments competing to put clouds in the sky and make the rain. They are totally fucking with every aspect of the atmosphere in doing this. The flooding like we've never seen before, landslides, monsoons, tornados, hurricanes. This is not because of global warming. Globally governments are competing to create the weather, rain, snow. They are responsible for the dramatic changes in our weather patterns.
It's not the ice caps melting that is making sea levels rise. It's governments around the world competing globally.
We the public are being penalised for the scientific experiments that countries across globe are experiencing with the dramatic change in our weather patterns.
Maybe Covid didn't reduce the population enough 😮.

The rocks in the flooded road likely are due to liquefaction; the road sank into them after the substrate was too saturated. Finally looked up the "melting tires", and it's a hoax. See vulcanization. Since this is entertainment, it gets a pass, but it's not a flood or storm tho bro. 😜
