Life after "Tiger King" for rescued tigers
Spread The Viralist

Tigers once owned by Joe Exotic, of Netflix’s “Tiger King” fame, had to learn “how to be a tiger” when they were brought to The Wild Animal Sanctuary in Colorado.

“60 Minutes” is the most successful television broadcast in history. Offering hard-hitting investigative reports, interviews, feature segments and profiles of people in the news, the broadcast began in 1968 and is still a hit, over 50 seasons later, regularly making Nielsen’s Top 10.

  1. I had pne of the people from that sanctuary flip out on me for commenting that they didnt have a single tree in any of the Animal Enclosures for Shade
… They said I didnt know what I was talking about, that I was wrong….
HOW MANY TREES DO YOU ALL SEE?!
    .
    1 enclosure, had shurbs😂

  2. I believe some went to Big 3:30 Cat Rescue in Florida. With the closing of BCR their cats went to Turpentine Creek animal rescue in Arkansas. BCR is now focusing rescuing/ saving big cats in the wild. All of these rescues are doing wonderful work

  3. Crazy how people were duped into loving Joe Exotic by Netflix and throwing all of their misguided hatred onto Carole Baskin. They hated her because what, she was weird?… and mean to Joe?? For crying out loud he was incredibly abusive to animals. There are undercover videos that show him and his goons dragging cubs around by their skin and whipping them to get them to "behave" for photoshoots with tourists, it's highly disturbing to watch. That doesn't even scratch the surface of the cruelty he put these animals through.

  4. Is there a longer version of this, or a longer documentation of it elsewhere? I'd like to see the actual footage of their whole rescue & habilitation process

  5. That cat is obese, it shouldn't be that heavy so short and young. 400 pounds would be healthy. This guy stole those cats from another person and can't provide anything but a field with no shade! Just the next person in a line trying to get famous and do nothing to help those cats. Shame on everyone who liked this.

  6. Remember this story if you ever think it's a cute idea to hold a baby tiger for photos. Joe Exotic is by far not the only breeder doing this and I don't think that any legitimate operation that truly had animal care in mind would allow for this type of thing.
