What makes me think that his home is haunted is the fact the chairs do not just move in one direction (pulled by string that is edited out) but moves back as well, which is very hard to do with string. The tissues being slightly blown upwards. Diabolic Entity is my conclusion. Ghosts / Spirits do not move things. There are Poltergeist's, but they are never heard like in Troys footage.
That spirit just can't make up it's mind. Up, down, fan on, fan off, growl….stairs, fan, growl…..Dude…MAKE A DAMN DECISION!!!
