  1. Hot water fountains should be placed (at the road level) on the roads so as not to accumulate snow on the roads. That will be cheaper when compared to the waste of fuel at the vehicle level, human resources, etc. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

  2. Roads are just horrible. So a guy just takes his bike out for a spin. lol
If they'd salt the highways sooner this wouldn't happen. They just wait for things to get bad

  3. Coming from north central Wisconsin, i know snow and five months of driving rural roads in snow for five months out of every year. Now, living in Vancouver, i can honestly say that the microclimate of this city on the Salish Sea is different than most places where snow falls. In my opinion, it is best that people living in the greater lower mainland would do best to just stay home on snow days. We have no business driving. Stay home, bake some cookies or just get baked. Whatever folks do, just don't do it in a car on the road.

  4. It was a perfect storm or bad conditions.

    Fast and Furious storm.
    Very little weather forecast warning
    many Major Routes affected.
    Storming as afternoon rush started
    Vehicles with no snow tires
    Driving on major hills
Lack of driving sense in bad conditions
    Buses stuck in place
snow packed into ice on roads

    you name you got it.

    Adultery in the Heart
27 “You have heard that it was said [a]to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’

28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

29 If your right eye causes you to [b]sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

30 And if your right hand causes you to [c]sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

    1 John 3:6-10

6 Whoever abides in Him does not sin. Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.

7 Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.

8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

  6. I'm from pg but was in the worst of it here in van during it. It's definitely the packed ice that forms on the roads almost immediately that caused this mess. I was very surprised how a little snow can turn van into a ice rink. Luckily I had full winters with studs.

  7. Come on CBC "Winter Storm Batters Vancouver" Heavy Snowfall…Are you guys kidding!!! A couple of centimeters of snow?????? LMAO Not sure what's worse, the headline or the unprepared drivers or the trumped up reporting😂😂

  8. Hallelujah!!!! The daily Jesus devotional has been a huge part of my transformation, God is good🙌🏻🙌🏻, after years of addiction to drugs and sins God chased me down as I earn $112,500 monthly. My life and family has changed, Thank you Jesus!!!…

  9. C'mon CBC Vancouver show the ridiculous video of the last major snow storm here where city employees were shoveling salt off the back of a pickup truck cuz the city is too stoopid to buy salt trucks like other major cities. 😂😂🤣🤣😆😆

  10. Ya know, if the roads were made of rubber they would flex and ice would break up.
Turns out The Flintstones had it right the whole time with the wheels made of rock.

  11. LOL, The reporter should pick a spot where they are heavy snow because from where she was that they are now snow. Our Alberta weather is -40c with snow. For goodness sake, just replace snow tires, less braking and drive normally.

  12. I went over a speed bump the other day which would have taken to the bottom of the batteries of those EV things. So that would have been a $60,000.00 write off of it. Or maybe it would have just burnt up??
