17. I don't think Winks is even as old as 3. He is demonstrating real baby kitten behavior, especially the hanging on the neck thing. His previous owners might not have liked him being so clingy but trust me, the day will come when you'll see it as a blessing. I've had a few cats that were like that and had to be on or around me at all times. My maine coon was huge but he had to sit on my chest or neck. I was sitting straight up he'd push me back to sit on my chest. I knew him since he was a kitten and he did it his entire life. Enjoy Winks!
