(Those so-called "lost and found" people were extremely weird, and rude, and up to no good.) One thing I wish I could do is to buy you some time on your phone. 11. Yep people will steal an animal in a heart beat and never call the number on the collar because in their head, "the dog shouldn't have been left alone in the first place". How scary is that that your dog could be snatched by someone and they just don't care enough to call the owner. Like it's mine now. Gross.

20. The "Lost and found people" turned around behind the owner. I wouldn't have left until the owner left. They're very sketchy people. No such thing as "lost and found people", especially because they were canvassing the area and came back inquiring about the dog.

    Maybe that's normal behavior where they are, but it definitely seems emotionally detached by rural Georgia, U.S.A.'s standards. 🙂
