I would'nt take the 1 in 100. It have to be over 1/1000 for me to even consider it. Life is too precious to gamble like that.
With the 100 pills, I wouldn't even take it with 1/100, just 0/100.
No matter if million or billions, life is good enough and too worth living to take such a foolish chance.
If however the deadly pill was 1 out of a million, count me in. Humans take 1 in a million risks all the time in our lives, often unknowingly.

in regards to the million dollars thing for 1/100 chance of dying, ive played a lot of xcom so 5% chance is as high as im gonna go. if i die at least i can have "THATS XCOM BABY" on my gravestone cause 95s always miss
