21. Heart wrenching and terrifying! All of those people, so helpless to really do anything. My heart breaks for the Country. I don't ever want to know that kind of helplessness again. I lived in Charleston, Sc when Hugo hit, but this is a much larger and even more defenseless feeling. I pray to God for the survivors and the souls lost!
