LIVE: Rescue cat Ricci and her kittens!
Spread The Viralist

DEC 5, 2023: Ricci gave birth for the last time in my lap! She and her four beautiful kittens are doing well. Chopper and Lila are having supervised visits with their little siblings until we are sure they will make good choices. Names to follow soon!

DEC 2, 2023: A lovely woman reached out for help because she couldn’t afford to spay her kitties, and they had gotten pregnant. These three beautiful cats have clearly known nothing but love, and we are delighted to host them while they give birth for the last time. Once they have raised their final litters of kittens, we will spay the mamas and return them to their human mama, who is already missing them very much!

The kittens will stay with us until they are old enough to be spayed, neutered and adopted into loving homes of their own. Ricci – mama cat, Chopper (short tail) & Lila – 8-month-old daughters of Ricci.

The room will initially be a bit sparse while we wait for the remaining fleas to die and fall off, so we can add clean items once we remove the fleas…

SEP 20, 2023: Feral catermelon Hibbing joined us today, and will give birth for the last time any minute now. Because she is so close to giving birth, we will be keeping visits and interactions minimal to keep her stress level as low as possible.

JUL 11, 2023: Homer joined his cousins today, after showing up by himself at a Bramble colony feeding station several days ago. We aren’t sure who his mama is, or why he was all alone, but he’s safe now and will get the care he needs.

JUL 3, 2023: Nettle joined her cousins, the Hibblets, today because they all have ringworm. Yay for ringworm, bringing families together!

APR 28, 2023: As feared, Orinda’s kittens got ringworm from her at just 16 days old. We had to relocate the whole family, and begin an intensive containment protocol. They are too little for oral meds, so the only thing we can do for now is a lot of cleaning, spot treating their lesions, and keeping minimal clutter in the room to reduce contamination.

Please be patient with us, as this is a very time, labor and money intensive disease that requires significantly more work off cam than you are seeing on cam in their room. For now, we have to limit visits, so we won’t be able to just run in there and fix things for the sake of our viewers, like we usually do. This too shall pass! The important thing is that mom and babies will have full recoveries, we just need to keep putting in the time and effort and doing the work to get them there.

Thank you for watching our uncensored rescue reality! Please help us by advocating for spaying, neutering and compassion.

GUIDE FOR PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE: Please be polite, chat with compassion, and give each other the benefit of the doubt. Please don’t swear, don’t ask for subscriptions, don’t ask personal questions, don’t spam (including roll call requests & spamming emojis) and keep your chatting family friendly, inclusive and peaceful. No block caps. Thanks!

OUR MODS ARE VOLUNTEERS AND THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP, PLEASE TREAT THEM ACCORDINGLY! Bothering a moderator inside or outside of chat is grounds for banning and the sharing of your info to other cams for them to ban you as well.

Concerning Trolls: Ignore them. That’s what they dislike the most. Their goal is to upset you so you give them attention. They think this is funny.

Thank mew so much to everyone who is watching! We could not do the life-saving work we do, without your support and encouragement. We appreciate our #TinyVillage more than words can express.
