Floods may not seem as dramatic or as scary as hurricanes or tornadoes but the aftermath seems particularly devastating for the reason that your house may still be standing – sparking some hope but the clean up probably reveals irreparable damage. In this documentary: three major floods are revisited: the Mississippi, NYC and Northern Germany.
It is a shame city officials worldwide cannot keep dykes, levees, etc in good condition when flooding hits. Better to be prepared
Stop city officials from signing off of coastal lands. Tell real estate agents no. You cannot build by the sea, rivers etc. Cost of life is claustrophobic when levees breaks.
People trust that everything is in place before buying these properties.
Sea and ocean views are nice. On a hill. Not 9n a beach.

My school was always at risk of flooding due to it being in a valley and a river flowing through it and we were always on flood watch during the year and I can still remember the school flooding during the festive season not to long ago and every staff member ans student had to evacuate and the flood damage was about £100k as it damage several residential buildings and classrooms and a kitchen
It's so funny that there is a 'university of reading', most of us learn to do that in primary school

How about a documentary on weather manipulation? There's treaties and declassified documents revealing just how well they can manipulate weather. From earthquakes to flash floods. There were recent earth quakes in America that when studied the centralized start of the quakes were at an air force base. Possibly testing bombs underground? I'm unsure buy these are things can be looked up. Then the obvious weather manipulation they talk about openly is the fact Dubai seeds their clouds so it will rain at least once a week. Could they do that with snow?
