  1. man its so obvious how we came to be from just this with small troops and evolved into little settlements then towns and finally the creatures we are today..why does that idea freak out religous people.its beautiful

  2. The male gorilla are apparently suprisingly tolerant of the behavior of the younger memebers of their family group even if they aren't necessarily fathered them. And thus their sire more offspring than a gorilla that say wouldn't show involvement in caring for his his offspring.

  3. Just like chimpanzees, alpha males who show attentiveness, protectiveness, but also diplomacy and gentleness, are beloved by their troops. Another male may usurp them as leader once they are too old to be leaders, but for the rest of their lives, everyone in the troop still loves and respects him. (Read Frans deWaal’s books on primatology. Fascinating read).

  4. Maybe humans can learn something new each day from the gorillas thanks such smart and intelligent animals what a good father he is with his troop love and appreciate you guys you guys rock thanks ! Joe

  5. 2:24 is so heartwarming. Sucks that not everybody sees this. They always picture everything but themselves as something aggressive and/or imperfect. We all have lives and different emotions and whether we understand them or not is not of matter.

  6. Maybe father of the year he's a good father stays with his troop take care of business and his family gorillas are very smart and intelligent animals always learning something new each day from the gorillas love and appreciate you guys you guys rock still going strong way to go ! Joe
