I too have sleep paralysis and see shadows even when im not in paralysis state! always feel like im being watched and touched when i get in bed,im currently on day 13 with two hours sleep i have apnea and chronic insomnia i never had any of this before I moved here,im currently trying to move i have pit up with it for 12 yearsi currently

My brother came to my dream on 10 September 2010 3 months before my son’s birth. In the dream I was celebrating his birth and he came to my house and said I need to talk to you. I said sure and he said I will always be watching over you and he smiled then I woke up and got the phone call that he was murdered outside his house.
