8. This is either Wisconsin or Minnesota or the very upper parts of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. As this is not an uncommon event in those states or parts. I say this as I am From Michigan and we get deer fallen through the ice all the time. Also these men are very much calm with how they are trying to Rescue this elk with being in sync and not slipping on the ice;.
