I recall seeing in São Paulo, Brazil, a semi loaded with pipes… The driver was not able to brake on time when a cement truck flipped on Marginal Tiête in the mid 1960’s. The pipes went through the cabine, and through the driver… the pipes appeared to be 1” &.2”. I am now a pathologist. Everytime I do a fine needle biopsy, I remember that accident. The pipes went through the driver and were sticking out of the windshield. I leave the rest to imagination…
