4. You’re far too unfit to be out there . That was a 1.5/10 experience. Looked like a couple of 12 sec hold downs . What if it had been repeated 20 seconds .

9. That happened to me a couple days ago. No longer swimming in the ocean, too unpredictable

11. Scary!!! Glad u are ok man. Duuude thats scary! Sometimes water gets inside your lungs and people have died due to concious drowing 😢

In the future when you get called in the inside from the sets swim down and grab a hold of one of the pockets of the reef and let the wave pass and then paddle out a little further swim down before about 10 ft for the next wave hits you and dive deep and grab a hold of the reef again. Continue this process until the sets pass. That way you're not getting slammed like a ragdoll and constantly being pulled back in which keeps you in the break zone
