15. There are cuts to the video. There's probably another excavator on the left side of it that nudges it sideways. The momentum swings the crane across – the video cuts several times after that, showing the bucket gouge out a scoopful of dirt. So, this is actually several videos stitched together, and they could not eliminate the stitch altogether.
    It's a hoax.
