As someone who mostly did service labor I'm of two minds with Manly's behavior. First, he's always kind to service laborers in the games that have the player interact with them. That's always nice to see since too many people treat us like shit.
Second, he pees all over the damn bathroom every time he's given the chance in games! As someone who has cleaned every kind of fluid to exist in the human body, if I caught someone peeing on the floor on purpose I'd be throwing hands. Accidents happen and that we don't mind taking care of, but doing it on purpose? No. Just no.
It's almost frustrating to know what to do vs. what is being done. lol.
