3. I can't imagine hiking or camping alone in the woods. But I don't understand why he didn't run to his car and leave. Maybe it was fear and not thinking clearly or whatever was outside was blocking him from his vehicle.

21. Would it surprise if I told you, that's how most lone campers hikers & hunters go missing in the national forest and parks, 411 missing. The unexplained disappearances. This is why people shouldn't camp long distance hiking alone. You supposed to remain inside your tent. These demons trying to lure / scare you out in panic, is exactly what they want people to do. He should have ran inside his car & drive off. But instead, this poor men ran off into the dark forest. That's how aboended camps and empty tents are found. People are either never found, or they are found dead miles away, on the side of a mountain or at the bottom of the cliff.

After watching #MrBallen & his narrations of the "Missing 411" book series, I'm all good with camping, at all. What I don't understand is why he didn't think to run to his car & just leave?!
    Whilst in highschool, I was part of the "Outdoorsman club". This was in the early 1980's. We didn't have cell phones & internet, at that time. However, if Id've known then, what I know now, I probably wouldn't have been a member of that club. 😊
