Federal officials are investigating a California plane crash after a number of people expressed doubts about the heroic story told by the pilot, who filmed the incident and posted it on social media. Trevor Jacob, a former team USA Olympic snowboarder, says he was on a mission to spread his friend’s ashes when he took to the skies in his single-engine plane over Los Padres National Forest. Twenty minutes into the flight, Jacob says he started experiencing engine trouble, and went on to jump out with a parachute.

The clown lost his license over this idiotic stunt.. FAA investigated and showed that he never tried restarting the engine, had his door open before the engine quit, He never made any mayday calls to any airport, and said there was flat land in the area where he could have glided and made a safe landing.. among other observations… Concluded that it was strictly an irresponsible stunt for the benefit of making a video..
The FAA just announced that they determined he did it on purpose!
He should be sent to jail! This is all for sake of views. Youtube should cancel his channel and request their money back.
