What was the camera behaviour before this? Was he as intent on capturing objects on the ground so slowly like he was at the bottom of the stairs? I ask because you have to ask why the cameraman decided to pan left so slowly towards the top of the staircase. Other than that, spooky as hell. 😢

A camera videoing in infrared setting has a short range to capture a moving object. Beyond that range the moving object will appear "ghostly" and fade in and out of view. Is this video that? Not sure, but it could be a misinterpreted object or even a hoax.
