  1. Deal with it and move on. That’s life. Dave Ramsey says people are stupid on his show all day long. Stop taking it so personal. Oh and trust me, life is going to get much more difficult for you, Stupid.

  2. Dave calls people stupid on air (wow, what a surprise he called her stupid!). She knew the company policy about premarital sex, yet she acted surprised.

  3. Lots of companies founded on Christian principal's have bible based policies that are a pre-condition of employment. It's no different than the colleges in California that have secular policies requiring embracing their advocating of LGBTQIA+ culture as a condition of employment.

  4. She needs to repent with fornication. As for me, having been there and done that it is always best to follow the Lord in EVERY area of our lives…biblical principles are never the friend of our carnal desires. Jesus saves with eternal life as a gift…if we will believe on the gospel of Jesus Christ. Then deny yourself, pick up your cross and follow Jesus Christ.

  5. What is more – the "biblical principles" were not applied when one well established speaker / counselor had a mistress. Ramsey went on to promote this guys book (both went on a tour, book was expexted to sell very well). And Ramsey KNEW he had a problems in his marriage respe. he had a mistress. Before several less prominent team members had been fired for out of wedlock children or for getting a divorce (when that was because they left for another person). Even Ramsey will advise to get the hell out of certain toxic marriages.

this was ground for more law suits. Never mind that a company should not be able to intrude in such a way on the private life of employees – those "biblical principles" were also not applied equally. for the sake of revenue they could be compromised.

I wonder if Ramsey had indirectly pressured some female employees to have secret abortions, so they would not lose their job.

  6. Just because you are Christian, doesn’t give you the right to fire 🔥 a pregnant woman. She’s entitled by law to maternity leave and she’s protected by federal laws.

  7. You joined a company that holds Christian values, and expect their employees to hold Christian values, then you sue them when you violate the values. Sounds stupid to me. Work somewhere else then?

  8. I feel bad for the lady, and yet it is no secret that Dave Ramsey owns a particular brand that he is inherently obligated to protect; not just for him but all of his employees as well.

If you don't practice what you preach, literally, your credibility can be called into question and devalue what you stand for.

  9. She is acting as if they are bullying her for being pregnant. That isnt their issue. The issue is she engaged in something she knew she was suppose to refrain from while she worked at the job. As long as she signed an agreement when she started working their stating she would not do a certain thing, Ramsey is well within his/their rights to fire her. People who work for Christian colleges, organizations and business sign testimonies of faith and practice all the time with the expectation if they break their oath or signed agreement they could be terminated.

  10. If you don't like the rules, don't come and play. it's as simple as that. She should have kept her legs closed. (And no, I'm not a big Dave Ramsey fan).

  11. She CHOSE to get pregnant knowing the company's Christian policies. As a business owner I should be able to hire or fire any one I want.

  12. She should go get an abortion so that she can keep her job. Because Dave doesn’t agree with her being pregnant, even though it’s God’s plan for her to be pregnant. SMH.

  13. Ramsey is a cultist bigot. Not only is he a terrible financial advisor, he gives "family advice" telling people to kick their son or daughter out of the house! What person in his/her right mind still listens to this worthless person?

  14. 2 things:
He shouldn’t hire grown single adults bc they will all be engaging in premarital sex.
It’s also extremely unchristian to terminate a woman having a baby. I think that is so gross. Do you want her to terminate it?? How dare Dave
