  1. Taekwondo is terrible for real streets fights. When someone is coming after you and literally trying to kill you instead of just “scoring points” you’ll be forgetting all about those fancy spinning kicks. Wrestling and boxing is the way to go because it’s more realistic, natural, and primitive. Anybody who’s ever been in a real street fight knows how dangerous and scary it can be. You have to be able to take them down and control them. Being able to have a strong center of gravity and balance is crucial and being able to close the distance every time. Defense is also just as important as offense. You will be surprised of how much you can learn about someone just by seeing their fighting stance.

  2. if someone tries to grapple you and take you down just break their finger on where theyre holding you or just elbow them really freaking hard

  3. Don't fight anyone who wrestles, does Judo, etc. You're going to be punching while they slam you on the pavement and either paralyze you or give you brain damage
