13. This EV sh*t is just way too much for me. I don’t need more inconveniences in my life. I don’t think people really understand what they are signing up for. And the fact that it’s all really about a shift in global economics as opposed to “saving” the environment.

14. Electric car engines are washing machines on four wheels. But way more likely to burst into flames even when parked up for days without being charged. They will require new tyres more often and road will require repairing more due to the weight of electric vehicles. Tyres are certainly now a green commodity and neither is recycling battery packs. Telsa cars are amongst the heaviest on sale today and are as heavy as ATV's.

19. Electric vehicles are impractical for everyone in America.There is no way to get enough lithium for all those batteries.Our government needs to reconsider their future rules.Enviromentalists ought to realize trying to get all that lithium would damage the environment.

23. Thank you very much for the info,I live in montreal, and 90%of the roads are horrible, so what you said about having a hole in the battery due to road conditions, it doesn't encourage me to buy ev in this city

When you think about electric cars becoming a higher % of cars on the roads……..eventually the demand for gasoline will drop enough…..causing the prices to drop………causing people to go back to driving their gas/diesel powered vehicles. It's all about what's cheaper so for people like my wife and I living on a small fixed income a desire for cleaner air will never outweigh our need to drive cheaply.
