42. The Osprey has had SO many fatal crashes. As a aviation enthusiast they need to retire this VTOL plane/Helicopter. It is an extremely dangerous Aircraft. Especially to the public. 😢❤

In my twenties I was very interested in joining the Jamaica Defence Force Airwing.I distinctly recall in their recruitment literature they mentioned that if successful you would be posted to fly either fixed wing or rotary aircraft but mentioned a strict separation of the two because they are very different aviation disciplines. I also remember as an avid aviation enthusiast reading articles in Popular Mechanics and Flying magazines about the time when the prototype Ospreys debuted and thought the concept was not really a good idea and it is becoming more evident with the numerous crashes and serious incidents to be so, condolences to the victims families.
